Who has heard of a burger with chips as extra? This pub needs to realise a la cartel menus at lunchtime in a pub is a sure way of driving away customers. My wife and I will use O'Connors instead. I have ate in the central wine bar a few times and it has always been one of my favourite restaurants. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is always fantastic. However, on Monday night (we ate down stairs) I ordered the chilli chicken penna pasta and it really wasn't good at all. The chicken seemed and tasted like it... More

We were travelling around Ireland and came across this gem. Great service, great food and great decor. A really modern place, which sort of stands apart in Ireland where there is a lot of traditional venues around. 5 of us ate three courses and wine for about £30 per head. Would definitely go back.

Last Monday we had been out and about all day and just wanted a quick tasty bite. We called in just before the evening menu started. Nevertheless there was a good choice of dishes. The waiter was very helpful, the food was absolutely delicious. Although it wasn't very busy just then there was a good atmosphere and the staff friendly.

I was well impressed with this restaurant & bar. We were invited by our friends and had never been, would look forward to returning as the menu was great and the staff were on the ball busy & happy. Food was excellent, well presented and fresh. The central has a lot going for it, as we did plan to eat... More
