We went here as part of two families not wanting the traditional Sunday carvery. On arrival staff were pleasant and a table was quickly cleared for us. There is a good array of beers and a good variety of food as well as the carvery. Most of the meals were ok but 2 members of our party order chimichangas which... More

We were looking for somewhere to eat on a Saturday night but didn't want anything to formal, and so thought we would dine at the Ty Risha Inn. Both myself and my partner had dined here before and made the right decision in going back. We arrived around 8pm and were told there was a 30-40 minute wait for food,... More

We often visit the Ty Risha Inn when in the area as it has plenty of room to sit and lots of good outdoor space for the children. Unfortunately I have to say that my last visit will be my last one. Poor service, Over cooked rock hard baked potato, which I didn't notice until after the waitress had checked... More

We went to this pub, per cousins we were visiting in the area, knew which places were best, and which were not, and this was on their short list of nice pubs in the area. We grabbed an adhoc meal, late in the evening on Easter Sunday, and they were able to serve us within 20 minutes. The menu was... More

I decided to take my daughter for a meal after a shopping morning , the car park was very busy so I knew I was heading into a full pub but there were a few tables spare , ordered my fish and chips for 2 at the bar only to be told there is a hour and 15 min wait,... More

I visited this place around a year ago and have refused to go back. I would like to hope that it has improved. I had a chicken fillet with garlic seasoning, It was disgusting and when I complained that there was an inch thick of garlic on my chicken they just shrugged there shoulders as if to say and.I could... Whilst serving food is the mainstay it still captures the local village pub atmosphere. Guest ales are quite regular mostly being speacial brews by brains

Ate here on second night (1st night - Harvester - ugh) 5 adults, 2 teenagers and baby. Food very nice and considering we were in the middle of a 6 nations weekend, the place was busy, but with a nice atmosphere. Food ordered was served quickly and most was devoured (only food left was due to portion sizes).
