Tried many places in the UK for fish and chips but this has to be the best I have tried so far. Never disappoints me. I cannot go to Whitby and bypass Hadleys without their Jumbo Haddock and chips, absolutely fantastic.

Went here Afew weeks ago on a busy sat and had large cod Chios and peas and it was beautiful cooked to perfection, and the staff although busy verry polite attentive and willing to have abit of banta would defently recommend it, oh n love the new upstairs feel alittle sorry for the staff with the extra leg work :)

Excellent fish and chips first and foremost, and that after all, is what you're after. Fresh, hot, and very tasty. Nice venue, more spacious and comfortable than some of the more famous fish restaurants in Whitby. We needed somewhere to stay at short notice. Hadleys offer a room only and they are very helpful. The room was immaculate and the location ideal.
