Enjoyed a very nice meal, which was beautifully presented and piping hot. The waitress was very charming and helpful.

The menu suggests that the portions are starter size and recommends 1 portion for a starter, 2 for a light meal and 3 if you're hungry. I had the light meal sized crab/prawn fish cake - 4 fairly large fishcakes - which was more than enough (and gorgeous), but the pasta meal my hungry husband ordered was too much for...

We discovered Harry's on our second night in Whitby and it was a good thing we did. Lovfely food and great service. I highly recomend the Chowder for a starter!
Visited here with friends, and was surprised that although tapas style, the menu encourages you to have more than 3 dishes each if you are hungry! Certainly not reflected in the price as once you add all these up you still get nowhere near enough for what you pay in comparison to other places. Certainly not ideal if you want...

Stopped at this place as an outside table was free one day and it was great!
Great service, but perhaps female staff could smile a bit more.

Good service, did not book but they fitted us in. Good staff and excellent fish and chips. To be fair they also have a good menu with a good selection of chef specials which we would explore another time.
Went with a few friends food was nice although chips were hard and very dry :(. All food was served in a quirky way which was nice. The specials were better value for money though
I love being able to chose several smaller portions, so there's no problem making your mind up with the menu. All of them wonderful! Several small deserts is always a winner too!
This is not traditional Spanish tapas. It is a menu of lots of little dishes that delight. Try the garlic prawns, the baked camembert and the scallops and black pudding. Add some curly fries, crusty bread and good wine..great! Ask for a window table upstairs and you can watch the harbour life unfold below. Also, it is quieter and more...

The bar has a modern clean decor and has a number of tables outside, but these were all taken when we got...
