I have been here so many times, loves a lot. I have referred to my friends, Some reason they are not happy with it. But I was never able to find any fault with the food or service. Worth trying the Restaurant. They have very good standards with the material they use in food, my tummy never complained. I do...

The service was good, the meal was quick and the food excellent. one of the best chana masala i have eaten. With so many choices in Tooting for Sri Lankan food this is a must.
Enjoyed attentive service, lovely food with generous portions, good selection of food on menu, variety to choose from, king prawns delious, highly recommended, would visit again definitely. Parking however was an issue.

Good food, surroundings try to be "upmarket", so lacking in atmosphere "An Asian restaurant for English people"
From the outside The Banana Leaf looks like just another Chicken Tikka Masala special. Nothing could be further from the truth. Then you walk in and see all the awards this restaurant has won proudly displayed around the walls!
Plenty of unusual dishes as well as the usual staples of Korma and Tandoori. A tray of Garland Bhaji - vegetables...
