Family dinner at Le Caprice - wanting everyone to feel at home and relaxed. Food was good/ delicious depending on particular dish. Uncomfortable with dishes being removed from the table when guests still eating - since when was that good manners or service - it happened for both courses that we had.... I expected better. Cheeky to charge the tip...

I brought the wife here with two of our children to celebrate her birthday. Our table wasn't ideally located being in a corridor and necessitating several dance routines by the waiting staff as some tried to pass when we were being served. It felt like we were a bit below the salt. But other than that, we had a superb...

Lovely relaxing lunch in the midst of the hustle and bustle of London. A little quiet oasis even though full of people. Not flashy or glitzy just beautifully understated, very classy and elegant decor. Waiters really knowledgeable and passionate about the food and clearly take pride in doing their job. We had a table at 12 and left at 1.30...

Great food and top service, had a pre paid set meal we had a couple of extras [ side salad and an extra glass of wine ] and when i asked for the bill was told there was no charge ! impressed all round.

Perfect atmosphere, perfect food, perfect service. And at a not unreasonable price. The decor is simple but beautifully done. David Bailey pictures adorn the walls. The food is simple but so well thought out. The service is utterly unobtrusive yet completely attentive. I love it.
Food is quite good. Service could be better. They forgot a few dishes that we had ordered. The place is done up well. I particularly liked the restrooms and the black and white pictures on the walls.
We had lunch at Le Caprice last week and had a lovely meal, we had not eaten there for nearly ten years and the restaurant had not changed at all. I understand where some of the previous reviewers are coming from in relation to them asking to vacate their table, we have not experienced this but we have been ‘hurried...

Never been to Le Caprice before and started off with a bit of pre judged Northerm prejudice. But what a great place. Superb vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff and truly great food. Being from near Manchester I wasn't shocked at the prices, but the food was exceptional. Lamb Sweetbreads to start were tender and delicious, with incredible deep fried quails eggs....
