we stopped at the vidella on 22nd feb for three nights and ate in the resturant on saturday night. fantastic resturant. i had the spicy prawns, stuffed chicken and white choc cheesecake. my fiance had fishcake, duck and chocolate brownie. all courses were superb, large portions, fantastically presented. would deffo recommend!!!!

Cascades restaurant, belonging to the Vidella hotel but is open to the general public is absolutely outstanding! Currently ranked 7th out of the top 100 restaurants in Blackpool.
