It was a great meal, not a particularly busy place however the meal was excellent. Good clean friend service. It's a little out of the way but certainly worth a visit.
yet another lovely meal at Koloshi. It is my local and I have had takeways from here as well which are just as good quality as the restaurant food. Can't believe what people have said about Diwali evening - could it be that people just have a different opinion of the same evening? We chatted with the sitar player and found... More
My wife, our little one, and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food very well presented and delicious. Will definitely be returning.
It could have been great but for the main course I ordered. The King Fish contained several bones per mouthful, including very large bones throughout. Having to carefully and constantly pull various sized bits of spine out of my mouth was not a pleasant experience. I probably could have assembled all of the bones I had 'collected' to form a... More
I was really looking forward to this evening. I'm a positive sort of gal and was dressed up to the nines, ready to enjoy myself. It sounded great. We arrived to witness a rather disengaged fire juggler in the car park. Ok, fair enough, he was a youngster and I was still excited. We walked into a lovely venue and... More
My partner and I went there for the Diwali celebration. Plus point- our promised free drink was poured for us on arrival. Negative points- almost everything else. The waiter didn't bother to show us to our table, and we had to ask for a tablecloth. He didn't offer to take our coats so mine hung off the back of the... More
Went to Koloshi tonight and enjoyed a fantastic meal ! From the tableware to the service and presentation of the superb food - excellent ! Had the 5 course taster menu with a glass of fizz for £45 for two! So good, can't wait to go back😋 not your average Indian Restaurant!
We had the 5 course taster meal, would recommend it, staff were very friendly. Food was amazing, my husband and I would go back again. It was a different experience and well worth it, different flavours 5 stars!
This is not your average indian, the lamb cutlets to start are succlent and not too heavily spiced. The restaurant was half full, but that meant the service was great with the waitress recommending a blended red wine to compliment my duck.
I visited this restaurant 8 months ago whilst travelling on business. I made a long overdue return visit this week. The food was amazing again. We ordered the 5 course set meal and every single dish was beautifully cooked and presented and tasted superb. A great restaurant and some great food and service
