Great service, fantastic tasting food and the portion sizes were just right. Been to quite a few tapas bars both here and in sunny Spain and this is up there with the best.

one of my favourite restaurants in Brighton. go here at least once every couple of months. the food is tasty, great service, and always a nice atmosphere. I often recommend this restaurant to friends, and hope to be able to continue going here for years to come!!

I always try to visit this restaurant when my wife go to Brighton as it is a great place to eat and has a super menu and the food is excellent and the service is friendly and efficent. The atmosphere is cosmopolitan and lively. Highly recommended

had a great lunch with friends this afternoon in Casa Don Carlos , between the 6 of us we tried about 12 different dishes a we weren't disappointed , all the food was really fresh and the service was first rate too . if I ever go back to Brighton I'll definitely return to this restaurant .

Went to this place while in Brighton the food although big portions for tapas was very salty and in my opinion ruined by that!!! Would go again...

Busy Saturday lunchtime, but we were seated immediately. The food came out quickly, and was very good! We were going to order the chorizo in wine dish, however the waiter suggested the chorizo flambéed in rum from the specials - and we are so glad we decided to try it. Highly recommended!

Although busy on Bank Holiday Monday for a late lunch we were soon seated with a drink, fresh bread, olives and aioli .... Lovely tapas and banter, a great experience.
