I'd heard a lot about this place and thought it would be another ex-traditional country pub converted to a modern, clinical theme. Nothing of it. Cracking pub with delicious food and drink.
Not very easy to find, however once there the food is excellent. Surrounding countryside is very quiet. Their selection of cheese is the best I have come accross in Devon. Having said that I haven't been to every restaurant in Devon, someone might know better. Highly recommended
We stopped off in the Nobody Inn en route to Penzance and I am delighted we did. Having wound our way to Doddiscombsleigh, we sat in glorious sunshine in the garden and enjoyed excellent traditional pub food; Ham, egg and chips for me, fish and chips for her.

Went here as a family of 5 for a 70th birthday celebration. Very busy inn so booking is essential. Quite pricey. Had 7 drinks, 4 two courses and 1 three courses and a bottle of wine - cost £160. Food certainly not average pub food. Lovely specials and great mains. Whiskey menu available for the 240 they have on offer...

A really nice old pub in the middle of nowhere with a nice garden and an 'olde worlde' interior.
Relaxed and freindly with the feel of what pubs used to be. Ideal for all ages. Dogs very welcome. Has accomadation and we would definately stay there.
The starter menu was a little quirky and we found that there was not...

My wife and I were staying at a nearby B&B for a couple of nights this weekend and went to the Nobody Inn for dinner. The food was great (we ate from the bar menu) and the staff and pub atmosphere were fantastic too. Highly recommended!
We chose Nobody Inn as a stop over to St Ives. What a delightful find. Within doddicombsleigh it is a stunning Inn full of charm, excellent service and great food, wine, beer and whiskey. Our food both dinner and breakfast was well cooked, presented and extremely tasty. The room, Rose room, was well presented, very clean and spacious. There was...

It's been years since I last drank at this pub and I would now describe it as a dedicated restaurant. it was a delightful place then and although it is now for eating rather than drinking (at least on a Saturday night), it is still delightful. There was no room in the car park and as a result of this...

We stopped here on 27.04.12( Friday ) en route to the Lizard. Not easy to find but worth it as it is a picturesque Inn. The staff were all welcoming and the pub is quaint with good beer on tap and quality wine at affordable prices. No peanuts but the home roasted broad beans were very moreish. A whiskey haven...
