We visited during the sunny Bank Holiday weekend for lunch. We have been several times previously. As usual it was superb. The view is wonderful, the food is fantastic (plain but very good quality) and the children can go down to the jetty and catch crabs while we watch from the cafe. There is nowhere better on a sunny day...

We stopped by for coffee and then lunch and were not disappointed.
Service was friendly and helpful, and the crab simply delicious. Caught that morning it couldn't have been any fresher and came partially cracked and with the nasties removed. Accompanied by a lovely salad of leaves, new potatoes and cous cous plus a gorgeous garlic mayonnaise it was the...

We had lunch here last week and the place, the food and the people were all first rate. We shared calamari to start whcih was just yummy then I had the scallop caesar salad and my husband had the hake, both were just yummy. Wish this was my local, we will definitely be back next time we visit Dittisham.

Great little restaurant/ cafe. Unfortunately lots of people know this so can be very busy. Worth the wait for great food, and a brilliant atmosphere, with great views of the dart.
We love going to this little cafe/restaurant on the Dart. The food is served simply and is so fresh. Very laid back, highly recommended

Fab fresh sea food in a cracking location......you will not be disappointed.....worth the wait if it is busy.... as it often is..
We enjoyed an excellent lunch with friends here. The view from Dittisham across the Dart towards Greenway is stunningly tranquil [if that's possible!]. The food is excellent - I enjoyed grilled sardines with a delicious salsa salad. The restaurant was very busy and even so the service was good. Dittisham is one of the most beautiful villages in the UK....
