Went there whilst on holiday. The pub is in a good location with panoramic views over Falmouth Bay. The menu is very limited and expensive. Good selection of real ales but again expensive. Large glass of wine was £4.95 small one £3.50. Staff were very nice.

We come to Falmouth every year and this pub is right near where we stay. The drinks are good, staff are friendly and overall ok-ish atmosphere, ok-ish food... But still quite average.

I'm lucky enough to live a short stagger from The Boathouse and visit regularly. Great beer, harbour views, good food and a very good atmosphere bring me back again and again. Sunday lunch is good but only go large if you are very hungry.

Ate here for the second time - out first visit was a couple of years ago. Still very good food - I had the king scallops & chorizo starter followed by the stacked haggis & lamb burger with seet potato chips. Brilliant. Excellent atmosphere - even out of season. Will be back again.

Staying nearby over Christmas, my family and I visited the Boathouse a few times and found it to be quirky, welcoming, and good fun. The staff are friendly, the music eclectic and superb, and the overall atmosphere great. There is a wide selection of drinks (including a proper Bloody Mary which was fabulous, until they ran out of tomato juice!)... More

We only popped in for a quick drink on Boxing Day, but the staff were so friendly that we stayed all night. Excellent service, tiptop smoking area, and a great selection of drinks (they even catered to our odd group requests for Tuaca and Skinners ales). The cherry on the icing was the free roast potatoes and fantastic gravy provided... More

Lovely food, lovely view & good ale! What more do you need! Average service sometimes better than others, highly recommend the sweet potato fries! Very good indeed!

During the flood weekend; we hid out in this bar/restaurant. Portions were massive and steaks cooked to perfection. Each of our party of five ate something different so we got a good sample of food on offer. Vegetarian option was tasty but a little dry but side order of well cooked and presented vegetables made up for it. Only regret... More

Have been here before but never for food and had the most amazing sunday roast with lamb and all the trimmings. Great portion and really nice. Pretty good value for the price and the staff were really nice.

We were here for a party. The food was lovely and the portions are large. The views from upstairs are fantastic, you can see right across the bay. Friendly staff and nice and clean.
