Expected this to be an expensive evening but everything was very reasonably priced and we even got tips and tricks as to the best way to eat the crab.

My boyfriend isn't really a fan of seafood but agreed to go as I love it. Had a platter which had crab, calamari, razor clams, mussels, prawns and scallops. Boyfriend tried most of the food on the platter and he actually liked most of it! Never had razor clams before and thought they were excellent. Very good crab meat, prawns... More

Amazing lunch at The Shack in Falmouth! Treated ourselves to the 'Shack Stack'! A great selection of lovely seafood including mussels, scallops, squid, oysters and a crab the size of my head!!! Relaxed over a glass of wine for a good few hours and the extremely friendly staff were in no rush to move us on. Nothing was too much... More

The title says it all. Go to The Wheel House! The food, service, atmosphere and value are better by far! You won't regret it!

I visited this restaurant with my husband whilst on holiday as it had good reviews. However, I wouldn't come again I don't think. The service was good - though it was very quiet - at one point we were the only table! The food was tasty, but for the money you pay you really don't get that much! I ordered... More

I had lunch here last Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed it! We shared a Shack Stack which consisted of a lovely fresh whole crab, mussels, prawns, oysters, squid and scallops! With fries and a homemade sweet chilli sauce which was to die for!! All of it was fresh, tasty and delicious! The service was friendly and informative and the atmosphere was... More

convenient location in falmouth, always quite busy and booking worth doing if there is a few of you, though we as a couple rarely do. Quaint sea /rustic /nautical theme. Usually a limited fish focused menu but all seems very fresh. Sadly MrJ's goan fish curry - while tasty - was not really hot (temperature) enough and not really enough... More

After checking out a few trip advisor reviews, we decided to book a table at The Shack. What a good decision that was! All 3 courses were beautifully cooked and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. For starters I had fried squid and my partner had scallops. Both were perfect. Calamari can be soggy or a bit chewy, but it... More

Lovely weather so popped to Falmouth, the wife had the crab sandwich, with brown crab meat mayo, which she said was to die for. I chose the moules & frites, great portion of mussels and very tasty. Desert was the lemon tart with clotted cream, that was superbly tart and T had the mixed sorbets, mixed summer berry, pear & one... More
