What friendly owners! We love chatting with people when we travel and they were full of stories - not to mention great food, delicious desserts and wonderful small town hospitality. If you are in Wells or Barkerville, you MUST eat here!

Called in here while we were stopping in Wells - the cafe has a great atmosphere, and the staff/owners were really friendly and conversational. The food was great - especially the ribs!

Be sure to stop at the Paw in Wells. The owners are fantastic and the food is delicious. They also lend out umberella's if you get caught in a suprise downpour. I highly recommend this restaurant.
