We eat here every month or two and are always glad we when we come back. We have never had a bad, or even a mediocre meal, or poor service. This restaurant has turned into one of my favorites. I have never had an unpleasant experience while dining at the Roast Bistro. The staff are great and the food is fabulous. The restaurant is a bit deceiving, a gem within the small town of Maple Ridge. A place where you can get fresh, great tasting food. More
