From appetizers to dessert, this restaurant was amazing! My friend and I had a very lovely adult dinner. The unique menu provided interesting choices, and both the food and drinks thrilled us from beginning to end. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere really topped off the experience. If you like lamb and you like burgers, this is the place to go! I had the most awesome lamb burger, I have ever tasted. It blew my taste buds into overdrive. This restaurant is located on an island in the Kicking Horse River in downtown Golden in a restored log house. The service and food are superb!! More

This was one of the few restaurants in Golden that I hadn't tried (because of a bad rumour), but it was a fantastic experience! A log structure with a nicely done interior, with good service and a family-friendly policy. The food was nearly as good as Kicking Horse Grill or Cedar House, at a slightly more reasonable price.
