Its kind of a weird dynamic. Its kind of like fine dining but its not. The food is above average most of the time and the service is "get em in and get em out" so its better than good but not terrific. Hard to be disappointed.

Given that this is a chain restaurant, the food is really very good. Grandparents with daughter and 6-month-old, we were accommodated with care and attention by reception staff. Our server was excellent, polite, quick-witted, prompt and attentive, which made the whole affair excellent.

I am not much on chains. But had wonderful service and great food. Rarely does the atmosphere match the food quality. The Keg did not disappoint. I wish they had one closer to me in the US.
