Better then I expected. Had the coconut chicken madras. Yummy. And best samosas I've ever had. I tried a desert I've never had before, a rose and pistachio milk dumping dish. Refreshing. I will be coming back for sure. And waitress was very nice.

Very cozy place to enjoy Indian food. Everything is great on the menu. Food appears very fresh & owners are fabulous people. Waitress was helpful when one person in our party did not know what to order. A friend told me about this little gem, downtown & we've gone there many times since. Usually quiet during the week.
Very creative fare based on India's rich food traditions. This not your run-of-the-mill, stainless steel plates, Indian eatery. Wonderfully crafted dishes that really offer something different. The owners are wonderfully friendly people. The service is great. The price is just what you would hope for such high quality food.
Fabulous place to dine. Wonderful selection! And you can't go wrong no matter what you order. Everything is absolutely delicious! A bit longer wait than most restaurants, but everything is made from scratch, and worth waiting for!
This restaurant is down a side street with not much going on, so I feel lucky to have found it! The food was delicious, the server knowledgeable about the menu and able to offer suggestions, and the atmosphere classy. The only problem was it was hard to choose which curry to have (as they serve then entrée style rather than...

Anytime I crave flavorful, fantastic Indian in Guelph, I head to Bollywood. We've tried other places (i.e. Diana, Bombay Cafe), but no one comes close. A little pricey, but it's worth it. My husband doesn't like Indian food generally, but he is a fan of Bollywood's coconut curry dishes.
I have been to the Bollywood Bistro before and wrote a review. I felt moved to write another one as I had a complaint about the service on my former visit. The food, this visit, was delicious: our katchumber salad was fresh and tangy, our lamb dish smooth and delicious, and the baingan bharta with its newly smoked eggplant was...

We visited the Bollywood bistro on a Saturday night. We didn't have a reservation so we were seated in the front part of the building which is outside of the main restaurant. I would avoid sitting here in the winter, it was freezing with the door opening and the few tables in this area all had their winter coats on....

My son, Brett ,and daughter-in-law,Elke,who recently moved to Guelph, treated my husband and I to dinner on December 16th,2012 at Bollywood Bistro. My husband and I were visiting from Port Elgin, Ontario. It is Brett and Elke's favourite spot for Indian cuisine in the town. And Treat it was! From the first impression the decor was absolutely charming and cozy....

I highly recommend this restaurant. Food is delicious, well priced and nicely presented. Service was friendly and allowed plenty of time to socialize with each other. The decor is unique and the place smells devine. They have a limited, yet well chosen selection of wine. You will need reservation and need to let the server know if you have a...
