Following suggestions, I herded a group to this tapas restaurant in Whistler Village. I have walked past here in the past looking for breakfast only to be greeted with a large line up. This was my chance to see what all the fuss was about. It is a small space inside but not too cramped or noisy. It is a... More

Having been to Whistler a multitude of times,I was surprised that I had not been to this restaurant. The service is fantastic. Our server Carlene was above and beyond when it came too what we needed and was able to suggest things without sounding like it was something that they were trying to get rid of that night. The tapas are... More

Wanted a table for two and they wouldn't seat me until my entire party arrived. So I get to wait......table for one or two is the exact same. I just wanted to sit down and start a coffee, but no. Now maybe it was the sour taste in my mouth from the start but the sausages were dry. The rest... More

So its first thing in the morning, you need tea in a proper pot, a lovely omelet or perhaps a real iron pot brimming full of porridge? Look no further than this little edgy tapas bar on the edge of Whistler's commercial centre. Good service, hot and tasty portioning, and a great atmosphere.

Rated best breakfast in Whistler for a reason. Tapas style dinner that is off the charts. Close your eyes and pick off the menu and you won"t be disappointed.

Summary: High quality food. Great service. $6 - $17 tapas. No reservations. Artisan cured meat & cheese platter is the winner. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. They don't accept reservations and so when we arrived the first available seat was at the bar which we accepted. We sat next to a British couple and consulted after every... More

This tapas is off the Summit Lodge and Spa. Ate here every morning before skiing. Order the English Breakfast Stack. Very creative, fresh dishes. Everything is made in house. Dinner is amazing too.

I first went to Elements in February 2013 and knew that in April 2013, I wanted to again! The staff are friendly and efficient and the tasty breakfast assortment for the price is a steal. Try the duck sausage with eggs or the banana chocolate French toast for breakfast and for a quick lunch, the beet and arugula salad with... More

We ate here for dinner twice in our first two days during our three night stay because our first night's experience was so good. If you like sharing small, but generous, plates, diverse tastes and selections, and a relaxed vibe, this is a great spot for you. Since all plates are individually prepared, don't expect a speedy meal. That said,... More

We visited this place three times on our trip. Once for dinner only, once for dessert only, and once for breakfast. Every time we went, the food was good and the service was fast and friendly.
