Excellent food and accompanying wine. Dishes are not your everyday fare. Sl pricey but worth it
Anyone looking for an exceptionally good meal, great service, and a fabulous wine list should go to Cru. The atmosphere is hip but romantic, and the staff do an exceptional job of creating a wonderful experience. The menu consists of small plates, so you can satisfy any appetite with 2 or more plates. Using local ingredients, the chef creates memorable... More
The ambiance and service at this restaurant is very good. Wine and water were topped up continuously. The baguette that we ordered was very dry. When we commented on this to our waitress she promptly brought us another order and said she would take the charge for the baguette off our bill. The replacement was also dry but c'est la... More

Great spot, to go before the theater. Really nice that they have "small plates," as I like a smaller dinner, but they also have larger portion items. The smaller plates lets you share a variety of tastes together . Going early around 6 is very intimate. We were having such a great time, we skipped our play and stayed for... More

His small $16 salad did not even come with a slice of bread. I had the Pacific Fish and Bacon Chowder. It tasted... More
Fantastic place to eat that isn't right in the hustle and bustle of downtown but not very far either. We ordered 5 tapas-Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio, Duck Confit, Red Beet Risotto, a soup and one other. Everything was OUTSTANDING! I am writing this review 2 months later (I get a bit forgetful) but I still remember how delicious the meal was.... More

Ordered the Prix-Fixe as it is a great value. Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio started, tender and flavorful, however the Caperberries were very overpowering and far to salty on this dish. Seared... More
lunch there: a simple salade nicoise but revisited by Alana the chef. Excellent, very fresh tuna slightly seared with the vegetables and with the potaoes roasted instead of boiled . However, the portion could be a little bigger , I was still a little hungry .
