After eating here for the past 5 years on a regular basis, it's time for a review. Surprised to see only 2 reviews here so far. Great place to eat. The food is excellent and so is the service. A great view from the deck. Parking is very crowded and not a pleasant experience.

We visit the Cowichan Valley 5 - 6 times a year and almost every time we go to Cow Bay Cafe. Their food is so good and the service friendly.
