Coffee and baked goods are good, but the owner is quite arrogant and snooty. I will certainly not rush back there
I had a veggie eggs benny. It was a small portion and there wasn't really any flavour whatsoever. They wouldn't do medium eggs as well, they only offered soft or hard. They were very runny and not to appetizing. Also the tables are a couple inches apart and it's hard to even get in to your table without disturbing other... More
Love this little Bistro, have been many times and have never been disappointed. The homemade food is a welcome treat and the variety of coffees are all excellent. Soups are well seasoned and flavorful, desserts pricey but excellent quality and taste divine...best creme brulee ever! Definitely recommend this place and will definitely keep returning.
My dessert tarts had freezer burn, I thought they would be fresh, not pulled straight out from the freezer
My friend and I always enjoy going to A Ladybug for Sunday brunch. This busy eatery always has great food and a lively ambience We both had the Croque Monsieur with our coffees. This is such a decadent dish, we both ate every scrap, the presentation is great, coming on a board with dill pickles and a few salad leaves.... More
Arrived to a full house but staff was helpful at securing us a table after we ordered. Food was prepared fresh and arrived quickly. We were so well fed we didn't have room for dessert which was a shame because it all looked really good. I thought the prices were fair for the quality of the food. Recommended!
There was a reason why it took me over two years to return. No Splenda for those diabetics out there, yes it is an organic cafe but come on, no sugar free options. Some of the staff did not know how to speak English and the cafe was 10 min to closing and they start putting the chairs on the... More
This place is cute, but very expensive for what you get. Very. $18 for a latte and a toasty. Though tasty, it is hard to stomach prices like these. It is also quite crowded, so you can hear others around you...every detail of their conversation. There are better places than this in Calgary.
Came here for lunch on a Wednesday. It was steady but there were ample seats available. I tried one of the chicken panninis. It was very hot and fresh. The cheese had melted perfectly. Do not skimp and have the half sandwich; go for the big one, you'll be glad you did. I also had a cappuccino that was delish.... More
The ambience just reminds you of European cafes. One should try the smoked salmon crepe, belgian waffles with strawberry and banana, and the egg benedict. Nice hot chocolate too.
