All the dishes we ordered were made to perfection. The parmesan fries were superb, as were the desserts - cheesecake in a jar and warm cookies. The Ginger Gimlet alcoholic beverage was outstanding as well, and the service impeccable. I would definitely go again with my non-vegetarian friends, especially at lunch time when the pricing is affordable.

Best for meat lovers though the whole grilled fish was also good. Service a bit slow and disjointed. Wine came after appetizers and we never did see the bread and grew tired of asking for it. Busy, trendy, noisy ambience. Pricey.

I throughly enjoyed my experience at Charcut. Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere was great. I personally really enjoyed the family style service as it allowed us to all try everything. I will be returning next time I'm in Cowtown.
