I ate outside, it is a well covered and protected veranda so a light breeze is pleasant and makes it so that dining outside even in the very hot Mexican summer is possible and pleasant. We stayed one week at the Omni... loved it. The breakfast every morning was great! We only ate dinner there our last night. Were pleasantly surprised. The steaks were great!!! Service could be a little better... but we are returning next year for sure!! Can't wait!!

We ate at Xenote, the Omni's restaurant twice during our four night stay. The food was excellent and the service was prompt and friendly. Make sure to get the Sampler of Mexican Appetizers and some cheesecake for desert! Also, the wahoo was the best I've ever had anywhere.

The bar in this hotel is on the water! Sit and watch the sunset overlooking the beach or swim in the pool up to your own table in the water to be waited on. Either way it's a great way to watch the sunset.

Excellent place to stay and eat! Beautiful spot with great view of the ocean... We ate there every morning and it was always great!! Can't wait to be back!

The service and staff make this a great place to eat. We ate most of our meals there during our stay. We never felt rushed or abandond. The food tasted great and was presented well. I will never tire of the view.
