You can wait for a long time for a waitress to come by your table and take your order, even if you eat the buffet it will take a while to even get the bill. The food is good and the bread is awesome.

Don't bother! Sounds great, veggie food with a buffet menu everyday, i have eaten there many times over the last 2 years but after the last couple of times i will not return, the food is not to the same quality as it used to be and the prices have gone up. The plate orders also more expensive, lower quality...

How fortuitous for a traveler in Mexico to find a vegetarian restaurant right in the Centro Historico of Puebla! I ordered Pappas, French fries. They were freshly cooked in clear vegetable oil, and not salted. Salt is an option, as is ketchup.
The buffet had my mouth watering, quite large, with many cold salads and even more hot dishes. Next...

The unlucky thing is, that this restaurant is not to advice for people who cannot eat dairies, since all protein, which have the essential amino-acids (necessary for the body to be able to absorb the non-essential amino-acids of the vegetable proteins with 3 exceptions: quinoa,...

This vegetarian restaurant is in the heart of the city, just a few blocks from the Zocalo. This is a great option if you are either a vegetarian or just looking for healthy, tasty food. So yes, you could call us Lonely Planet junkies in the way that we only seem to try places they recommend, but since my wife is a vegetarian and since most of the places in Oaxaca and Puebla emphasize the meat, we just had to check this place out.

The Sunday breakfast buffet is excellent. You can go back as many times as you like, and it has lovely juices, hot food, fruits, yogourt etc. And it is cheap (I think we paid P$60 each or something).
This is our 3rd stay in Puebla, and I don't know how we managed to miss this restaurant until now. We are vegetarians, and were so excited to find this restaurant. We were not disappointed! While they have buffets available every day of the week, we each ordered a dinner plate, which came with soup and a drink. The soup...
