This place is seriously cool, they even sell tie dyed t-shirts with their signature monkeys on them! Upon entering the inviting, brightly decorated grounds, you will have the chance to admire the rock pool in the middle of the restaurant and watch as Koi and terrapins swim around whilst you wait for your food. The service is great and you... More

They have a young man that squeezes the orange halves with only his left hand. No juicer, notheing. He probably has to squeeze like 300 oranges at least per day like this. Impressive. And you're rewarded with fresh juices, horchata, there is a selection of crepes, Mexican breakfasts like chilaquiles, and french toast. Fun atmosphere and decor -- a lovely... More

Slightly off the beaten path, in the newer section of Playa del Carmen. Based on other reviews we decided to check it out and were pleasantly surprised to find it every bit as good, and then some. Beautiful decor, details, and overall ambiance. But the highlight was the food and service. Definitely a great place for breakfast and brunch. A... More

Nice selection of food across breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is located a bit off the main steet (5th Ave) quite far up from the main tourist strip in Play del Carmen and is insulated from some of the noise and frenzy, making it a great place to sit have some food, a beer or two and relax...and it... We found this lovely little restaurant on our last day of vacation and had our breakfast on the street-side patio. With the pretty landscaping and large trees we almost felt like we were there alone! Food was great and the coffee kept coming without us having to ask. Our experience is that most restaurants in Playa do not do this.... More

Table of 4 spent around $140 with 1-drink/beer per person. Lime Soup (very similar to Tortilla Soup up north) was excellent. We sat outside, in a corner near a Maya statue. Nice setting, waitress was especially helpful. Would definitely return
