We had the beach to our selves for my step-daughter's wedding. Staff was accommodating. Cerviche was the best, rest of the meal was pretty darn good too.
we've been to Zamas many times to spend the day. The food is very good and the service is fast and friendly. They expect a $20 per person bill to use the facilities and that's getting too expensive for us. Also, if there's an event, you will be asked to leave early, even if you've spent your $20 per person.... More
I was interested to see if this place was as good as when I last visited in 2005. It really was. I like the way it is quiet and if there are children they are well behaved and people are considerate. Food and service excellent. Well worth the money, I preferred it to the other beach clubs.
Zama has a great pool area with great food and service. You can rent chairs, eat, drink and have access to the rest of the beautiful outdoor site. Great quality food too- I loved the octopus tacos.
My husband and I rented a golf cart to get around the island and came across this boutique hotel by chance. We stopped in for a drink and were surprised how quaint and beautiful this place was. The servers were very happy to tell us about the place and were very nice. We only had a cold cerveza here, but... More
Ill make this review very direct: - drinks: good margaritas (not great) and not cheap. Good selection on the menu - fish tacos tasted microwaved and stale. Again, extensive and interesting menu but can't vouch for them - service: braindead servers, no personalities - beach chair/umbrella fee: this is new! It used to be if you bought drinks/food, the fee... More
We walked over to Zama from the condominium we had rented nearby. We were looking for a cold beer, a light snack, and a view. We received excellent service from our bartenders, and the food we ordered was delicious--a seafood tostada and a lovely watermelon-based gazpacho. Although we didn't eat a full meal here, the light appetizers we had were... More
A beautiful place tucked away on a beautiful island. Ordered drinks & appetizers while we swam and walked on the pier and short beach front.
I would like to begin by saying that qe havw been faithful patrons at Zama for 10 years. Today upon entrance for lunch this girl tells us we must pay to sit. It has never been this way in the past. I refuse asking where she intends to place the food we want to order, she converses with a manager... More
