We just discovered this place while driving our golf cart around the island and looking for somewhere to stop for lunch. It was a really quiet spot looking over the sea. There was just one other couple there at the time so really relaxing. We had mimosas which were great quality. I had the tuna ceviche, but there was a... More

Most of the lower ratings on this place relate to dinner. I cannot address that, having never eaten dinner here. However, I can say that as a breakfast stop it is on our list of regular places. I can recommend the Bloody Mary's first of all. The breakfast is good, but not what I'd call excellent. My wife remembers that... More

We came here during a golf cart trip around the island. They sold my wife on getting mimosas (70 pesos each) which I thought was a little much to pay but the presentation made it well worth it. Also split a tostada/refried beans/sunny side up egg and it was ok. Really nice view but it tends to be a little... More

We had breakfast there twice, and lunch one time, as we were staying at a place just up the road. Our first breakfast was very good. Servive was great as we were the only ones there. Our second breakfast was also good. Our lunch was probably the best meal we had there. Mixed seafood pasta and club sandwich were shared... More

Positives: great view and waitstaff that tried very, very hard to make it upscale dining Negatives: overlooked lobster and frozen (yes totally frozen) Key Lime Pie Hate to say it, but I do not recommend this restaurant

Close to Luna D'Meil, rooftop restaurant overlooking the sea. Peaceful with very good food! My breakfast of chiliquiles was served with a dish of fresh fruit and coffee and was delicious!

We came here on the recommendation of someone who lives on the island. We were told this was the best Italian food on the island, made by an Italian Chef. The atmosphere was truly beautiful on the rooftop and the waitstaff was very attentive, professional and kind, but were NOT about to do anything about our unhappiness with the food.... More

This is our 6th year back to Isla and Da Luisa never fails to impress us. We usually get there a few times during our three weeks here and this year is no different, except this year we are going to do breakfast in addition to our usual romantic dinners! It definitely has it all....location, breath-taking views, ambiance, great service... More

Beautiful spot, without a doubt, but the food simply lacked any real excitement. The service was above par for the island, and we were made to feel quite welcome. But again, the food was lacking. We began with the tuna tartar which was so overpowered with lime that you could almost not tell the inferior quality of the fish. Not... More
