The breakfast there are really good because you can try the picaditas, gordas, and empanadas that are traditional in Veracruz. It's a small family restaurant, so do not expect someplace fancy.
I expected more. In other trips to Veracruz we went to eat there, now we returned and it is not the same. The service now is very low and the food was better, maybe the administration changed. The cost/value has it's disadvantages because you do not have something better in return. You can go but do not expect something great.
