I went the for my husband's birthday. Some foodie friends recommended me to go there. It's expensive but it totally worth it. Best Mexican food I have ever try. The combination with the food is just outstanding. The chef really goes to the origins of Mexican food. With ingredients that just some people really appreciate and know how to play... More

If you like pretentious waiters, a noisy room, and mostly average offerings at premium prices, the Pujol is for you. Granted, foodies can probably find something here to write home about. But we were not so lucky. For starters, a drunk held forth, profanity and all, from an adjoining table. He must have been one of the owners; no one... More

This has been rated in 2013 as No. 17th of the 50 top restaurants in the world. Expect a VERY Snobby ambiance, even the waiter will patronize you! Tiny portions, maybe food is good IDK because they were so small you cannot even enjoy them. Prices are VERY HIGH.... In my book: Service: bad unless you like been patronized. Food:... More

Stellar fine dining experience. If you're serious about food, you don't want to miss the most creative mexican food in the world. They take familiar ingredients and flip them into a new taste sensation. We tried to go again on the same trip, but they were full each night. Can't wait to return.

If you have a gourmet palate, this the place you don´t want to miss. All of his cooking is exceptional. He takes an ordinary ingredient (for us ) like mole, or Huitlacoche and makes something extraordinary. I really advise you if you are from out of town to plan a trip and make your reservation, some time you will have... More

No sign out front and no taxi driver knows how to find it, but Pujol promises a unique dining experience in this very cosmopolitan city! The only way to hear of this world-class restaurant is from a friend. So, I'm "frending" you - you won't regret taking my advice and spending an evening at Pujol! We took on the ten-course... More

We live in Mexico City which, fortunately, can boast of many excellent restaurants. On April 20th, just ten days ago, my daughter and her husband (who live in New York) and my son and his wife (who live in Berlin) came to visit us for my 80th birthday. Among other celebrations they invited us (my wife and me) for dinner... More

Great creativity of this chef using Mexican ingredients and creating the most amazing dishes. Chef Enrique Olvera uses ingredients that have been part of Mexican cusine for hundreds of years and modernizes the dishes such as combining Huitlacoche ( a type of Mexican black corn truffle ) with Tamales. His tortillas are also the best that I have ever tried!!!... More

Our meal was full of new flavors and taste treats. From our arrival and greeting to our departure with chocolate presentation - this was near perfection. The first dish of smoked baby corn brought a bigger WOW from our party than the oysters & pearls at The French Laundry. Each dish was better than imagined from reading the menu. I... More

Six of us went to Pujol at the end of March. We all live in Mexico and have travelled all over the world. The experience at Pujol was nothing but perfect. From the time we entered and were welcomed in to the time we left. We chose the tasting menu with 5 items, every course was better than the last.... More
