Having been a loyal patron of La Palapa, Vista's sister restaurant, I've wanted to try Vista Grill. I wasn't disappointed. The view of the city is incredible. They had one of the finest guitarists I've ever heard. Food can be a bit pricy, however we had appetizers for dinner and we were very satisfied.

First of all, the Vista Grill is expensive. It is expensive by some standards even compared to meals in the states. It is very expensive by Mexican standards. The view alone is worth the price you pay for the food and drinks. They have an incredible array of appetizers. I recommend you get 2-3 and skip the entree. We went on our last night in PV and almost skipped it because of all the reviews on how pricey it is. I'm glad we didn't miss out.

The food and the view are amazing. It is also wonderfully located at the top of the old town area and you can walk down to the heart of the city.

The Veiw is amazing. But you pay for it. The food is good but not cheap. last time we went we were the only table and the service was not that great. Since we were the only ones in the resturant. Had the duck but I will have to say the duck at La Leche was much better. Good wine... More
