I found this to be a great "tucked away" spot for a quiet lunch. If you like a relaxed fun time you will enjoy Cafe Roma. But you must go on a Karoke nite. The place livens up and you meet great people. Pizza is worth trying if you like thin crust. Go for the friends and fun! More

This was my fourth trip to Puerto Vallarta and my third visit to Cafe Roma. What a friendly place! The guys who work there are so nice and welcoming! My wife and I particularly like the Cafe Roma as it is right near the Flea Market downtown Puerto Vallarta. Pizza is great and thin crispy crust. Very reasonable prices, friendly staff and very very cold beer. Looking our over the River Cuale and the market area makes it a real attraction. More

We were referred to Cafe Roma by a friend we met in Puerto Vallarta who lives there 6 months out of the year and is a frequent customer.
