We heard quite a bit about Cimboco during our visit, so we decided to have breakfast here on the way to the airport to head out. What a nice surprise - wish we'd tried it sooner. The atmosphere was very inviting, and the food was just delicious. They have a $5 breakfast special, and it was more than enough food.... More

It wouldn't be a trip to Grand Cayman without eating at Cimbocoat least twice for breakfast. Excellent food, very good service. We ate dinner here on our last trip and that was very good. Very good value here and real nice people.

Fantastic true carribean food. Our waiter was a delight. Reasonably priced food. Can eat inside or outside.

Breakfast is definitely the way to go here. We got there too late one day and the lunch was OK but not great. Later in the week we were early enough for breakfast, which is pretty cheap by Caymanian standards and pretty decent. The cinnamon pound cake was really good, but the fruit wasn't as ripe as it should have... More

Thankfully, this restaurant was across the street from the Marriott. We had breakfast here every day of our vacation. $5 special during the weekdays was great. You get two eggs cooked to order, potatoes, bacon and toast made from fabulous fresh bread baked on premises. Good strong coffee too, even the decaf. Much better than the $20 per person breakfast... There breakfast is very good with great prices. French toast was amazing being made with a thick fresh made bread. There fruit bowls were nice too.

We arrived at 10am on a Sunday and they were already fairly busy, but they found a table for us right away; we wouldn't have been so lucky if we'd arrived later. My husband got the local brunch specialof ackee, codfish, peppers, rosemary roast potatoes and festival, which was delicious (and intriguing). I had an egg, bacon and tomato breakfast... More
