I would have to agree with other reviewers that the food was just mediocre and the service pretentious and uneven. Presentation was photo worthy. Balance of favors spectacular. Expensive but ohhhh so worth it.

We went to Le Pressoir with four friends. The food was good but not excellent and not worth the price. The service was very friendly, but we felt that it was not authentic, rather pretended. In our opinion, there are other "haute cusine" French restaurants that offer a far better package of excellent, creative food and genuine, caring service.

We visited this place 5 years ago and thought it was outstanding then - hasn't lost it's touch. It's out in Grand Case, which does take a little effort to get to.
