our first night in St Barts we had dinner here. It was very disappointing. plate presentation is nice but the food was not up to par. At times it was not even warm. Very pricey. The service was average and not that knowledgable. Took forever for the waiter to bring the check...so I had to find him and sign.

The view and setting are lovely and what you expect on an island . The food and service are over rated and not commiserate with the price.

We had a great lunch in this beautiful restaurant by the sea. Highly recommend the local red snapper cooked in salt crust. It was succulent and delicious. Staff was friendly and efficient.

To answer my own question, while the menu is still very interesting, the wait is interminable! 1hour to place the order, another to be served. No wonder so few of the guests dine there, the service is on par with Le Guiac. Jean-George's at the Eden Rock and the Taiwana at Anse Flamands have my vote until this improves.

All the items were overpriced. We had trouble finding appealing choices - nothing was a good value. Service was perhaps adequate, but the kitchen was slow even when the restaurant was not busy. In fact, the only busy time is at breakfast.

My wife and I read mainly positive reviews about the hotel and restaurant. We had rented a villa in Pte. Milou, a short 5 minute drive from Le Sereno and I called about having lunch one Friday. The view is beautiful, simple elegance, covered outdoor setting on the beautiful sea . Not a stuffy place, shorts and a shirt .... More

On our 3 visits there in as many years, the food has been consistently interesting and tasty, and the service, while not speedy, is more than adequate. Questions are answered politely in French or English, and suggestions given when asked. True, the beach is not one of the best the island has to offer, but the ambiance makes up for... More

Breakfast is great, lunches and dinner are disappointing, not enough light choices or variety of food and very expensive even by St Barts standards.. The beachfront view and atmosphere are equal to the best on the island. It is romantic, I wouldn't recommend it for children.

Loved the look and food. The only negative: the wait staff all looked like they were racing to make a train and the restaurant was only about 60% full. Not a way for us to enjoy a very good (and very pricey) gourmet meal.

Restaurant des Pecheurs is a phenomenal restaurant specializing in fish, as the name implies. Located on the shore of Grand Cul de Sac at Le Sereno hotel ( and not inland, as the map shows) the food served there show a complete understanding of the preparation and presentation of seafood. Its staff are well trained and very attentive. The bar... More
