We had a wonderful Private Dining experience while at the resort. While I am sure it would have been more cost efficient for the resort if there were other diners, we really enjoyed our private experience. Being off season, does have a few benefits. Every Monday is their special Thai night. My husband and I gorged ourselves on multiple "small plates" including shrimp satay, ahi tuna (ordered a second plate because it was so tasty!), spring rolls, Tom Ka Gai soup and a huge bowl of edamame. Their Shearwater Cocktail was perfect with it.

Bistro del Mar is one of the great restaurants on Saba, with the added benefit of being located on one of the most beautiful spots on the island. Perched 1800 feet directly above the Caribbean next to a grand pool, this in an absolutely amazing experience that you should not miss. And the food is excellent.

Monday night is thai night. Food was delicious. Views were amazing. This restaurant was recommended for this once weekly special dinner. It was definitely an excellent choice. They take credit cards also.

We love Bistro del Mare, one of our favorite restaurants on the island! Very nice menu. Full bar. A wine list that goes way beyond what you would expect on a small rock in the middle of nowhere. The chef is very talented, and also a nice guy. Apparently, most of the fish is frozen, which seems odd for an island surrounded by fish, but I suppose it has to do the unpredictability... More
