Augusto's has been a standard setter for various decades. Now, under the guidance of Ariel Rodríguez, chef and proprietor, Augusto still excels in its choice of fresh ingredients and simple but delicious presentations. The ambiance is typical of elegant, refined restaurants. Offerings include a PriceFix three course menu which is competitively priced.

Excellent! Everything! Try the lobster bisque covered with puff-pastry.

This is the best fine dining experience in San Juan. Service is excellent--always attentive, but restrained but when it needs to be. Chef Ariel is a master at the kitchen. And Marcos is a true cocktail connoisseur and never steers you wrong with the wines. A bit more formal than most other places in San Juan, but well worth it.

The salmon is amazing. I have traveled to San Juan for the past 15 years on business and this is my favorite restaurant. I have always had an excellent meal here and I would highly recommend it.

This is a first class restaurant located in a Courtyard Marriott. The menu is quite varied with wonderful choices available, all wonderfully prepared. We had Fresh foie gras perfectly served, and escargots. Then we had beef cheeks which were tender and tasty, and cod done spanish style "a la vizcaina" which is not how we had had it in Spain (with... Top notch service, great wine list, superb French/American food. Very classy, quiet, dining experience. Totally obscure location and the place the local business people go for a special occasion.
