I tried to make a reservation for 8 people and they informed me that each person would be paying $80 no matter what. We wanted the option to order al carte since some of us are picky on what we order. It is sad that they are going to loose our business.

Very design which we loved, superb and original food with tip top service. We had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing, 4 courses would have been sufficient, but if you only have 4 make sure you do not miss the white bean soup, simply delicious. Most of the wines in the pairing were European and were perfectly chosen.... More

Based on other trip advisor recommendations I made a reservation (a must) and I certainly had high hopes. I was not disappointed. The staff were warm and knowledgeable. They take you on a journey during your meal. Which can sound cliche but it really was that good. I selected the 4 course dining option and every course increased with flavor... More

Where does one even begin on this type of culinary journey! From the Paella bites which were perfectly balanced and not overtly spicy like chorizo can some times be, to the best white bean soup known to man, onto 4 different entrees all mesmerizing your taste buds and leaving you wondering where you will put dessert but knowing you must... We recently returned from a trip to Puerto Rico - we stayed at the Wyndham Rio Mar and traveled into San Juan to have dinner at Marmalade. We are a party of 6 - and very tough food critics. This was an outstanding dinner and just as good as any high end dinning you would get in NYC. The dining... More

We treated ourselves to an evening at Marmalade after countless recommendations from friends, and they certainly weren't wrong. We opted for the five-course tasting menu with my partner adding the wine pairing, I don't usually drink reds so I stuck with cocktails and the house special white - which fortunately was a fantastic dry white. Our meal was absolutely delicious,... More

We stumbled upon Marmalade with no plans whatsoever. We were fortunate to get a table even though it was late. No one in our party expected anything exceptional. We were wrong. A world class menu, world class dining experience, amazing food with a great wine pairing. We could not have asked for more. Several members of our party seriously contemplated... More
