So rich and tasty. Better than any Italian or French coffee I have ever had. For less than $2, you can experience the sweet taste of Puerto Rican coffee. The design on the latte does not hurt the experience either....

We rented an apartment for our stay in San Juan and the owners recommended Hacienda saying their coffee is the best in San Juan and trumps Kasalta. Alright! They were so right! Hacienda does coffee really well, and I have to say it's the best coffee I've had anywhere!
You might think it's exaggeration, but it's not, although I don't...

This place is rustic and charming and it even has a huge coffee roaster imported (from Turkey I believe!) You can taste the freshness of their beans and more than anything you can smell it as soon as you open the door. There's also a pleasant outdoor open air seating area to sip your coffee or eat your treats. I...

The cafe has a selection of pastries, sandwiches and juices, with a few tables inside and outside, both in their own courtyard and on the sidewalk. The location is practical; if you're staying/living in the Santurce/Condado (Museo/Bellas Artes) area, you can walk here. You don't necessarily need to drive.
Now about THE coffee: this is one of the best puertorrican...

I've had this coffee almost every day for the past few years. It is rich, balanced, with low acidity and sweet with chocolate overtones. Medium roast. I've tried some of the best African, latin american, espresso blends, and Asian coffees and San Pedro ranks right up there with the best. It's a great value too at $12.50 pd. Try the...

Great coffee and good pressed sandwiches options from which to choose -- you get good bang for the buck here. The outdoor patio is charming and provides a lovely setting for a relaxing weekend morning. We enjoyed it very much.
Like other reviewers, easily the best coffee ever. Not only do we hold all meetings here if possible, but you can pick up $12 lb bag of coffee to go, best to get the 5# bag preordered online.
I come here at least once a week. The coffee is excellent, it was actually served at the Copenhagen coffee tasting event in 2005. Be aware of the timing though as lunch is usually when it gets the most busy and there's not a lot of room as the cafe is very small. Also, if going with friends, it's best...

A cab driver told me about this little gem and I walked the few blocks from the Doubletree one morning to try it out. It was magnificent. I am a coffee snob and this place won me over at the first sip. Don't miss it if you are in San Juan and LOVE coffee like I do.
I visited this place on a Saturday, about time to close at 3:PM. The place was very crowded and very busy. I did the ine and ordered two Latte, one muffin and a brownie. They ran out of bottled water. The experience was ackward but I think it has to do mostly because they were crazy to shutdown the place....
