Gabi was only at Royal Service and it was very good. At breakfast there was a buffet, and for lunnch and dinner, it was a buffet and and a menu.

This hotel has the Paradisus Palma Real right next door, the entrance to that place is breathtaking at night. girls are very good! Thanks Milli ans Sofia! They helped with everything - milk for baby, tennis for boy, excursions for everyone, medicine if needed, adaptor or even paper...

This was a beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach! Many things to see and do, beach was "combed" every day, service was standard "Dominican time" service.

They first brought us wrong salads. It took several minutes to get attention of wait staff to correct. The "lobster" that we heard was so good was anything but good. I have never had a lobster this overlooked and dry! Very dissapointing with food.

At Gabi Club The Reserve has one of the best BarTender that I´ve ever met. The service was outrageous, they made a lot of special drinks alwasy having fun and smile. a very nice place with very hip music to chill out with your spouse don't miss going with Luis (el cubano) for the real mojitos, just make sure he has enough mint as you will ask for more mojitos did not have dinner here, so could not say anything about the food
