Good service, very excellent food, the flavours in the preparations include perfumes of truffles... the carpaccio 3 fishes is great

Papillon is a nice Island restaurant serving local food with light french flair. We went early evening, Service and Food was very good. My wife and I both had the daily special and the Dutch split pea soup. The soup portion was very generous.

Great food, beautiful wine list(best on island that I have found) and very nice service. Surrounding businesses are a distraction and does distract from the ambience. The food quality is glowing light in the experience.

My wife ordered the duck dish and I ordered the 3 course special. I ordered the filet mignon and it was tender and good. Her duck was too salty. We both think they overseasoned the duck skin. Her fried risotto was tasty. Would come back but next time we would send the food back if it came out wrong.

Papillon is right in the "thick of things" + there is a really nice little market you can enjoy before or after dinner. The service was nice but not personal.
