We've been to Denali two years in a row and Denali Doghouse was first this year on the 'must go back' list. We love this little place; the reindeer sausage are awesome and the Doghouse Burger . . . Goodnight! Soooo yummy, especially after a long day of hiking in the park! If you are anywhere near the Doghouse, it... More

Its a hamburger and hot dog place - nothing gourmet about it. We got various burgers and dogs and enjoyed what we got. Everything near the park is expensive - just up the hill was $19 hamburger that couldn't have been much better than what we got.

My family and i stopped through for lunch recently. We were very impressed with this little spot. The staff was very friendly and informative. The food was GREAT! I can"t say enough about the Hickory burger. My wife had the veggie burger and loved it. The only thing i could complain about is prices but what do you expect when... More

For a quick lunch try this place. Food was good and fairly fast. As with anything in Denali it is pricy.

This summer I was glad to find the Denali Doghouse in the lineup of restaurants in the Canyon shopping area. The prices and food meet the needs of a fast food-type location, Subway, Black Bear (pricey) and the Canyon Market are the only other options for fast or pre-made sandwiches. I ordered the panini on two occasions , did not... More

Everything is overpriced in denali, so all food is expensive. Simple foods, hot dogs, fries, hamburgers are all good. Small eating area, staff friendly. Not much choice in town so good for so goof for a quick meal.

A picnic lunch would have been better. This was our first stop paying Denali prices. Ouch. $4.50 hot dog and $2.50 soda. The fries were hot and the best deal at $2.75. For a family of 5 the bill adds up fast.

$50 for a lunch for 4 consisting of 4 chili dogs, 2 fries and 3 pops. Are you kidding me?! And to top it off the buns were old and fell apart. We had to eat with a knife and fork. Do not waste your time. Or hard earned money that could be better spent on other things in Alaska.

We had dinner at the Denali Doghouse in June. The food was good -- good selection too -- and the only downside was the lack of seating. We ended up on a picnic table out back behind some RV's because we were staying too far away to bring our food back to our hotel. Fun spot.
