Excellent service and friendly staff. You can have the choice of either a Bar meal or an above average Restaurant meal. Worth trying both but we found the Restraurant meal the beter option.

We have been to The Rose and Crown several times as it is near to us. The food is always excellent, plenty of choice and decent sized portions for a reasonable price. The staff are always efficient and polite but some of them sometimes give the impression that waiting tables isn't their first choice of job.

The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful and even your dogs are welcome. I just wish the Rose and Crown was our local so that we could come here more often! Following our visit last night I can recommend the fish and chips and the asparagus starter.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the service was brilliant. There were so many options to choose from on the menu and the standard of food was very high. I will definately be back again soon, we had a great evening.
