Stayed at the adjoining Hotel Soret for 2 weeks business meetings so frequented Istas and consistently impressed every time. Steaks cooked to perfection, excellent sauces and frites. Leffe served so I'm happy. English speaking and menu if required so felt more welcome. Highly recommended!
