A very authentic japanesse experience with a real Japanesse born and trained chef. A real experience. You may ask the chef for meals outside the menu , very accomodating.
When we travel abroad we visit japanese restaurants. In all our travels we have yet to find a better experience than Daimajin. The freshness, creativity and attention to japanese traditions are always present. Keiho, the chef-owner deals personal attention as well as Andrea who ensures service is optimum. They even cater to our three kids fancies. Its a small place... More
We were a group of 4 adults and 4 people. The food was good but the portions were very small. Service was extremely slow considering we were the first customers to arrive. I believe we were there before the cooks. We spent about $200 (without tip) and left hungry. I only gave it 3 stars, because the little food that... More
I had never tasted sushi rolls as delicious as in Daimajin, they are AWESOME!!! Strange but real, all the rolls I have tried there are excellent, the ones with Guava and Mango sauces are my favorite, but all of them are good. Alina
I frequent this place with my wife, and we always have a wonderful experience. It is a small restaurant, with about 4 parking spots. It is on the pricy side, but the sushi is the best that I have tasted in the island. I have even taken non sushi lovers, and they have sung praises. Be sure to try out... More

They limited us to a specific table claiming everything else was reserved but only one more table filled in the 2 hours we spent there. There... More
