  "We reached Palampur at 7 am in the morning after a sleepless night of 10 hours and not so comfortable Volvo Bus journey. With a groggy head due to motion sickness and frown,we were greeted by a young man Karan Grewal, owner of the property. Even though I had seen the pictures of the cottage on Norwood's official website during my own research, I was pleasantly surprised that it looked exactly the same as it was shown in the pictures; distinctly beautiful and peaceful.
