The whole town is being rapidly developed but The Emiri Place retains much of the dignity and comfort that you would expect from a smart hotel. It is a shame that the restaurant is not used by the majority of the guests because it does serve excellent food at a very reasonable price. The only down side of staying at the hotel was that for the first few days and nights the bar on the pier played very load 'rap' music with the bass turned up throughout the day and for a lot of the night.
