I would def recommend staying here because staying at the island is really a hastle and it's expensive. The Villa is near a lot of restaurats, bars and pubs, both in Mira and Dolo, so you can choose where to eat and what to do. Right down the road towards Mira is a fantastic pizza place (don't know the name, but it's on the left side, it has a rather large partking lot and it's always packed with people). Best pizza we've had in Italy. The only con of the Villa is that waitresses do not speak English or any other language for that matter, and they don't care whether you understand them or not.
