This sets out to be of a 5* quality but sadly it fails for various reasons, mostly to do with attention to detail in the rooms. Two things stand out in my memory. Firstly the outrageous charge for the use of wi-fi - although having paid for it, it did work quite well - and secondly the housekeeper asking me to sign for an inventory of the removable fixtures in my room, including the cups and saucers as well as the five coat hangers! Just to rub salt into the insult, having signed for the kettle and implements there were no ingredients (tea, coffee etc) with which to make the required beverage!
