  "Stayed here for a week in may with a friend and had a great time. After reading some of the other reviews on here I was a little worried....but needn't have been! Hotel was only 15 mins or so from the airport costing €20 euros. Check in was easy and even given a glass of cava each when greeted. ..." All staff encountered were friendly and polite. The staff at breakfast could be slightly abrupt but they were very efficient. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection to choose from / even a chocolate fountain and doughnuts!! Fresh omelettes and toasties made in front of you and a wide selection of fresh fruit juices. Easily the best breakfast selection I've seen. The rooms were clean and of a good size. Maid service daily and towels were changed daily also Location was good. A short 10min walk to the port with a choice of restaurants. We preferred to get a taxi to the main area of puerto del carmen.   "My wife and I are returning for the 11 time to this hotel (and meeting up with other couples from all the UK who also feel the same) and have never found any reason to fault anything from the rooms to the food or the staff (Would name them all but Hector is fantastic). It greaves me to put this ..."in as I never do reiews (As the cost may go up) but if you want an A/I holiday this is the one. PS if you have seen the review about the mark up on the vino that must be a joke its free anyway ( on A/I ). Also re the sunbed thing, we have gone down to pools at all times of the day and never had a problem with geting a sunbed. Viva Costa Clero. " More >
